Hi, I’m Samuel Reid, founder of AY (Adult and Youth) Ministries. My purpose is to MEET your needs and CONNECT with you on a deeper level.

In July 2022, I learned a lesson that I will never forget.

Ministry, which is not something you do alone, is not just about praying with people, doing Bible studies with them, or encouraging them. Ministry is about having family support while addressing real-life issues that people have.

When I started posting videos on my music YouTube channel by myself in March 2023 and did it for 2 years, the channel did not go very far (only 10,000 views). However, when I started posting videos on my ministry YouTube channel with family support in May 2025 and seeing the results in December 2025, the channel got 8.5 times the number of views (85,000 views).

If you are struggling to do ministry, remember that you are not meant to do it alone because you have family support.

Because I like Math, I created this ministry equation which has really stuck with me:

Ministry + Family Support = Success

This equation changed my ministry forever.

Today, I want to share with you some things that helped my ministry grow from 0 to 85,000 views in just 7 months. Once I started enjoying doing YouTube and saw my ministry as a family ministry instead of just a personal ministry, the views and also the subscribers followed.

I created The AY Ministries Plan because your ministry should be enjoyable, not cause you worry and stress.
