Hi, I’m Samuel Reid, founder of AY (Adult and Youth) Ministries.
Even though my purpose has always been to MEET people's needs and CONNECT with them on a deeper level, in January 2023, I learned a lesson that I will never forget.
Violating people's personal space is a real issue that people in our world today overlook.
What seems normal to you is uncomfortable for the other person and you have to listen to them and respect their needs.
If you are struggling to set and maintain boundaries, or you are struggling with healing from the trauma of someone else overstepping your boundaries, remember that you are not alone because you have family support.
Because I like Math, I created this ministry equation which has really stuck with me:
Ministry + Family Support = Success
This equation changed my ministry forever.
Today, I want to share with you some things that helped my ministry grow from being just another personal ministry to a family ministry in 5 months (July 2022 - December 2022). Once I started saw my ministry as a family ministry instead of just another personal ministry, I started to focus less on myself and more on other people.
I created The Wholeness Plan to help you set, maintain, and heal with boundaries.
