Author | Songwriter | Guitar Player | Caregiver + I am the Founder of AY (Adult and Youth) Ministries. I have been a caregiver for over 17 years – a therapeutic sensory companion who uses touch to comfort others – and have also had over 10 years of exposure to ungodliness (worship, behavior, and movies).
I believe caregiving is a healing ministry. As an autistic caregiver, I understand the heartfelt impact of specialized sensory support. I provide a calm, safe presence, offering individualized, non-verbal comfort to provide emotional peace and spiritual well-being in church settings.
My autistic intuition allows me to detect emotional distress that others might miss, and I naturally understand when nonverbal comfort is needed.

Therapeutic Sensory Companion
School/Church Care | August 2009 - Present
Emotional Care: Since July 2022 until now, I have been sitting with individuals at church in silence, listening to them, and comforting them (such as giving them a soft touch or a hug), providing trust and emotional safety.
Physical Care: Since going to public school in August 2009 at just 3 years old until now at church, I have been providing ASMR-style, gentle therapeutic sensory interaction (such as calming hair caressing in silence) to reduce isolation and provide deep relaxation.
Spiritual Care: Since July 2022 until now, I have been providing quiet encouragement through prayer and music, nurturing a welcoming presence within the church setting.
