The Safety Documentation Log
From October 2020 - May 2022 while I was in the Cornerstone Connections Sabbath School Class, I witnessed Liam repeatedly touching Sofia's cousin's hair. Even though she did not mind him doing this, I was still concerned because he was around her every single Sabbath doing it as if it was normal and appropriate for him to be doing it.
On Sabbath, January 14, 2023, which was the same Sabbath I was baptized, Liam began staring at Sofia's hair at church and I was monitoring the situation to see what she would do. Three times when he tried to touch her hair and each time, she quickly turned to him assertively saying in his face "Don't touch me", I immediately said to him assertively, "If she says not to touch her, then do not touch her" and she agreed with me by saying, "Yeah, Liam." After the third time, he stopped touching her hair.
On Sabbath, January 21, 2023, when I came up to Sofia and Liam at church, I said to him that what he did to her the previous Sabbath was wrong when he continued to touch her hair even when she told him three times not to touch her and that he really made her uncomfortable because of it. After I said that to him, he turned to her and told her that he was sorry, and she forgave him.
On Sabbath, November 30, 2024, while I was in the Teen Room with the other teens at church, Liam asked Sofia, "What's your phone number?" Even though she gave him her phone number, it was very weird to me that he would ask her that question.
On Sabbath, December 7, 2024, after the Communion Service was over at church, Sofia was standing in the lunch line waiting for lunch in the Fellowship Hall. As she was standing in the lunch line and Liam was approaching near her, I thought he was going to go to the other side of the church, but instead, he walked up to her and she was backing away from him out of the lunch line because she was already uncomfortable with him being too close to her. He physically blocked her with him in front of her and the door behind her and touched her hair against her will for 5-10 seconds. After he walked away, she was crying. After that, I went up to her in the Teen Room to talk to her about how the whole situation has deeply affected me knowing that he was my former friend. I told her that I was sorry that he did not take her seriously and that he did not respect her personal space. After I told her that I was there for her if she needed to talk about the issue further, she gave me a rapid nod as her way of saying that she agreed with what I was saying and was ready to talk about the issue further. After I was done talking to her, he came into the Teen Room and sat across from her talking to her casually the entire time. He did not touch her hair at all because I was already present with her. I did not engage in the conversation, but I monitored how he was interacting with her. While she and her cousin were outside the church sitting on the green bench two hours later here at church, he sat next to Sofia and touched her hair again but even though she shifted away from him, he still touched her hair. He also put his arm around her the entire time he sat next to her making her uncomfortable.
On Sabbath, January 18, 2025, while Sofia and I were in the lunch line at church, I asked her if she was just uncomfortable with him physically touching her and she said yes. I asked her in a gentle way about why she is uncomfortable with him touching her but is comfortable with me hugging her. She said that she did not like being touched in general, and then when I asked her if she is comfortable with me though, she nodded. After I told her that he was behind her and she saw him while she was still right in front of me in the lunch line, she immediately hid behind me so that he would not be able to see her. I know that he passed the Teen Room with his lunch the first time because she was not there. Then, while I was sitting next to her in the Teen Room and he saw me sitting next to her the second time and I gave him "the look", he kept walking because he knew that as long as I was with her, he was not going to get away with his behavior towards her. One of his friends sat next to me when it happened. I told her that I can stay with her going forward until Liam leaves and she nodded as her way of saying that she agreed with me. As I went outside to put something in the car, he was just standing there staring at me. I was so uncomfortable that I looked at him briefly, gave him a fake smile, and did not say anything.
On Sabbath, January 25, 2025, after I went into the Teen Room the second time at church, and I saw that it was locked, I knocked and a young person let me in. When I saw Liam sitting next to Sofia, I saw him just staring at her hair and then as soon as he was about to touch it, I assertively told him not to touch her. When I said this, another young person said to him, "You heard Samuel. Don't touch her." When Liam was about to touch Sofia's hair again, the young person physically restrained him, and he did not try to touch her hair after that. As that was happening, she looked at me and I looked at her confirming that I was there for her no matter what.
On Sabbath, April 5, 2025, as I was sitting at a table having lunch with other people at church and Liam was walking past me, he acknowledged everyone else as he was leaving except me. I was struggling trying to not cry because I did not want people to know what was happening.
On Sabbath, June 28, 2025, Sofia told me that she treats Liam like an older brother and despite him also being nice to me that day, it did not stop me from documenting the situation in writing because I knew that just because someone with a track record of inappropriate behavior is nice to you for not holding them accountable for their actions does not mean that they are going to be nice to you when you hold them accountable for their actions.
On Sabbath, September 13, 2025, during the foot-washing part of Communion at church, as I was waiting for someone to wash my feet, Liam came into the room and acknowledged everyone else except me. I was struggling trying to not cry again because I did not want people to know what was happening. After church service was over, when I went up to Sofia, I told her that since I met her on November 5, 2022, I have been gently touching her shoulder until I get her attention and when she sees it's me and I open my arms to her, she immediately hugs me. When I told her that I have been doing this so that she knows it's me and not Liam, she seriously nodded.
On Sabbath, December 27, 2025, as Liam was walking past me after church service was over, he acknowledged everyone else as he was leaving except me. I was struggling trying to not cry again because I did not want people to know what was happening.
On Sabbath, May 9, 2026, after church service was over, I caught up with Sofia and her mom and when I gently touched Sofia's mom's shoulder, she turned around, looked at me, smiled, said hi to me, and then they immediately left church because she knew that I was there to protect her from the opposition – Liam's reputation, his family's reputation, my biological family's reputation, and the church's reputation. After I got back home from church, my sister told me that Sofia told her, "Your brother is so weird" because she knew that I was the only one who has seen the situation with Liam's predatory behavior towards her as it is and protect her from him while everyone else says that he is a good person. My sister explicitly told me that if I continue talking to people about the situation, she does not want me in her space anymore. Perfect. Sofia already permanently fired me from being my sister's brother anyway. She wants me to remain silent because her friends are her priority. My mom explicitly told me that Satan is using the situation against me in my mind because I am the only one out of the entire church who sees the situation like this. Perfect. Sofia's mom already permanently fired me from being my mom's son anyway. She also wants me to remain silent because wanting me to pretend that the scandal did not happen is her priority.
On Sabbath, June 13, 2026, our two battles became one. While church service was going, I looked at Sofia and when she saw me, we both smiled and waved. After church service was over, when I opened my arms to her, she hesitated to hug me after looking at my flat stomach – a visual reminder of the severe allergy crisis that dropped my weight to 87.5 pounds. As she held me, the peace of our bond stood in direct contrast to the isolation of my health battle and her church hurt we faced alone. We are a team, and our stories prove that physical recovery and church boundaries go hand in hand. I told her, "Our sermon now has 68 views and 14 likes. From 4 years ago until now, we are a team" and she seriously nodded.
Impact of the Crime

As Sofia's protector, I have documented over 3 years of unwanted physical contact (January 2023 - June 13, 2026). This documentary serves as a permanent record of the transition from a 'crime-allowed' environment to a 'crime-prohibited' sanctuary. She is reclaiming her dignity through consistent, safe boundaries through our ritual where I gently touch her shoulder until I get her attention and when she sees it's me and I open my arms to her, she smiles and immediately hugs me. This crime situation reveals who my biological family and church family really are because instead of taking me seriously after verbally talking to them about the situation in detail, they are telling me that he is a good person. At the same time, this situation also reveals who my real family is because instead of going along with what everyone else is saying, Sofia and her mom effectively fired me from being a "member of the biological family" and "member of the church family" so that I can be their protector, which is what they call me. Preaching the sermon about the importance of boundaries caused me to effectively fire Sofia from being a "younger sister" concerning her connection with Liam because it is not safe for her to be around him.

1. This ministry operates under a strict protection protocol. I serve as the Boundary Officer for my family.
2. Documentation Policy: Be advised that all further attempts at interference, unwanted contact, or intimidation—whether directed at the survivor documented here, her mother, or me—will be added immediately and permanently to the Safety Documentary Log. This includes, but is not limited to:
Unwanted physical proximity or "blocking" in public spaces.
Attempts to minimize, silence, or gaslight us regarding the documented history.
3. Purpose of Record: The safety documentary log exists to make sure abuser accountability and the continued safety of me and my family. Patterns of behavior are evaluated by his impact on the survivor, including fear and disruption at church.
4. We are not seeking "prayer" or "forgiveness" at the cost of safety. We are seeking accountability for the documented unwanted touching and stalking since January 14, 2023. If you are not standing with the survivor, you are standing with the predator. There is no middle ground in this Present Truth.
5. My Surveillance sees you. My Presence is the barrier you cannot cross. My Documentation is the report that cannot be deleted. My Documentary is the awareness that cannot be erased. My Prevention is the end of your freedom to harm and silence.
6. While corrupt family and church systems dismiss the fact that the vulnerable are being abused, true spiritual leaders comfort and protect them in action.
7. My ministry defines family as those who protect the innocent. Anyone – blood relative or not – who protects the predator or stays silent is an outsider.
