Lesson 32: The Mark of the Beast

DISCLAIMER: Don’t worry. The name of this section of my ministry newsletter is not meant to scare you, but it’s to raise awareness of what is happening around us. People do not read the book of Daniel or Revelation because they think those books of the Bible are too scary. However, I will break everything in this sermon down so that you can have a better understanding of what is happening around us.
In our world today, people believe that Sunday is the Sabbath and not Saturday, which is the seventh day of the week.
They think that because Jesus resurrected on Sunday, that’s the day they worship.
This is unbiblical and it is Satan’s way of him not wanting people to know about the truth concerning the Sabbath.
There is no place in the Bible that says that Sunday is the Sabbath.
Based on history, Constantine was the one who changed the worship day from Saturday to Sunday.
With the National Sunday Law, you will not be able to buy or sell unless you worship on Sunday.
The Bible talks about not being able to buy or sell, unless we have the mark of the beast, which is the National Sunday Law.
Revelation 13:15-18 says: “And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: and that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.”
Let’s do a little math to know what the number of the mark of the beast is:
A score in the Bible is 20 years so 3 score is 60.
600 + 3(20) + 6 = 666.
The number of the mark of the beast is 666, and if you think about it, people have calendars with Monday as the first day of the week and Sunday as the seventh day of the week with Saturday as the sixth day of the week.
God has the number 7 to represent the Sabbath as the seventh day of the week, and Satan has the number 666 to represent Saturday as the sixth day of the week and Sunday as the seventh day of the week.
