Proverbs 18:24 says: “A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother.”

     God wants us to be friendly to others, and Jesus is The Friend that sticks closer than a brother.

     Being free does not mean that we should do our own thing, but it means that we should serve each other with love in our hearts.

     Galatians 5:13 says: “For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.”

     Are you willing to be friendly to others? Do you want to have Jesus as your friend? Are you ready to deny yourself so that you can use your freedom to serve others with love in your heart for them?
