Lesson 23: Having Godly Sorrow
Hi AY Family,
When we do something that we know is not right, we should have godly sorrow instead of worldly sorrow.
Godly sorrow happens when you are sorry for what you have done, stop doing it, and you try your best to do better even though it might not be easy.
Worldly sorrow happens when you are not sorry for what you have done, continue doing it, and you are afraid of the consequences of your actions.
2 Corinthians 7:10 says: “For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.”
Sincerely,
Samuel Reid
