In our world today, there are a lot of people who are celebrating Mother's Day and Father's Day, including a lot of Christians.

     Mother's Day and Father's Day are being celebrated with children and adults giving gifts to their parents.

     Ephesians 6:1-3 says: “Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right. Honour thy father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise; that it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.”

     Why wait until Mother's Day and Father's Day to be grateful for your parents? You do not know if either or both of your parents will drop dead the next moment, so give thanks for your parents every day.
