Every teen and young adult has a story and a lot of times they include battles where they suffer in silence afraid to talk about what they are going through.

     Teens and young adults are at a much greater risk of self-harm and suicide than other age groups.

     You do not need a degree to help a teen or young adult in crisis, but you need to be physically present with them and ask them what they need.

     Without you, a teen or young adult in crisis will continue to suffer.
