1 Kings 3:5 says: “In Gibeon the Lord appeared to Solomon in a dream by night: and God said, Ask what I shall give thee.”

     The Lord asked King Solomon in a dream about what He should give him.

     He has to speak to us through the same dream or meaning of the dream more than once because we might not understand what He is saying to us the first time. 

     He speaks to us in dreams while we are sleeping.

     Job 33:14-15 says: “For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falleth upon men, in slumberings upon the bed.”

     God speaks to everyone differently, but if you have the same dream or meaning of the dream again, pray to the Lord about it and He will give you the understanding that you need. He will lead you and guide you so that you can answer His call for your life.

     In the last days, sons and daughters will prophesy, young men will have visions, and the elderly will dream dreams. 

     Acts 2:17 says: “And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams.”
