Psalm 29:11 says: “The LORD will give strength unto his people; the Lord will bless his people with peace.”

     When our minds stay on God, He will keep us in perfect peace because we trust in Him. 

     Isaiah 26:3 says: “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.”

     The kind of peace that Christ leaves with us is a peace that this world cannot give. We should not let our hearts be troubled or afraid because He will give us His peace.

     John 14:27 says: “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”

     The peace that this world gives is relative peace or temporary peace, but the peace that Christ gives is the kind of peace that is everlasting, and you will never be the same again once you have His peace.

     We cannot think for a moment that we can have peace by gaining the whole world because we will lose our souls.

     Mark 8:36 says: “For what shall profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?”

     Are you feeling lonely right now? Are you struggling and having a rough time? Do you want to have the kind of peace that this world cannot give? Go to Christ today and He will give you that peace which you have been longing for.
