DISCLAIMER: I know about the different phases of cover-up culture from personal experience. Cover-up culture is not only happening in the Sunday Christian churches, but it's also happening in the Seventh-day Adventist churches.

The second phase of cover-up culture is what I call "The Abnormal Phase".

     In this phase, things are getting suspicious – minors are being left unsupervised with teens and adults alone, which is already a red flag.

     Whether the situation is happening with the door closed or out in the public space, a minor should not be left unsupervised with a teen or adult alone because that is where things get dangerous.
