DISCLAIMER: I know about the different phases of cover-up culture from personal experience. Cover-up culture is not only happening in the Sunday Christian churches, but it's also happening in the Seventh-day Adventist churches.

The first phase of cover-up culture is what I call "The Normal Phase".

     In this phase, everything is how it should be – minors are being supervised, and the teens and adults are behaving in an appropriate manner.

     It would be great if things could remain this way, but as we can see in the church as a whole, that is unfortunately not the case.
