Acknowledge Him

We should acknowledge Him so that He can direct our paths, and we can receive the blessings that He has in store for us. 

     In the next part of the HAPPY method, we will discuss the importance of prayer.

     I knew I needed to acknowledge God for who He is instead of trying to play God because I realized that my plans would not work out. 

Read Proverbs 3:5-6. What does it mean to trust in the Lord? Why should we acknowledge Him?

     It is much better to acknowledge God for who He is because His ways and thoughts are better than ours.

     Whenever you realize your plans are not working out for you, always put God at the center of your decisions and plans. If you acknowledge Him for who He is, He will lead and guide you with everything you do, even your plans.

     Psalm 37:5 says: “Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.”
