SERMON 9: Peace & Rest

Read for This Week’s Study: Exodus 33:14; Psalm 29:11; Isaiah 26:3; Jeremiah 31:25; John 14:27; and 1 Peter 5:7.

Memory Text: “And he said, My presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest” (Exodus 33:14, KJV).

God wants us to have peace and rest. However, He wants us to have His peace, and He wants us to rest in Him so that we do not have to carry our burdens by ourselves.

     Without His peace and resting in Him, we will always worry about everything that bothers us.
